摘要
聚甲醛二甲醚(PODE)是一种发展潜力巨大的优秀柴油添加剂,具有较高的氧含量及十六烷值,可以有效地改善柴油品质,有利于节能减排,极具应用价值。综述了近年来国内外PODE的研究现状,甲缩醛与三聚甲醛/多聚甲醛反应是目前PODE研究的主要合成路线,液体酸、固体超强酸、离子交换树脂、分子筛、离子液体、金属氧化物等催化剂均可用于催化PODE合成反应,反应产物分布符合Schulz-Flory分布,同时介绍了合成PODE的反应机理、生产工艺、模拟与分析等方面的进展。
Polyoxymethylene dimethyl ethers (PODE) is a kind of excellent diesel additives with great potential. It has high oxygen content and cetane number, which can effectively improve the diesel quality and is beneficial to energy conservation and emissions reduction. The latest domestic and overseas research status of PODE was reviewed. The reaction of methylal with trioxymethylene or paraformaldehyde is the main current synthetic route. The liquid acid, solid super acid, ion exchange resin, zeolite, ionic liquid and metal oxide could be used as the catalysts for PODE synthesis. The product distribution of PODE synthesis reaction follows Schulz-Flory distribution. The progresses in the researches of reaction mechanism, production process, simulation and analysis were also introduced.
