摘要 目前江苏省沥青路面施工已经进入信息化、数字化和智能化时代。以盐淮高速公路大丰港至盐城段为实例,介绍了基于RTK定位技术的路面碾压的实时管控的各项优点。该技术通过施工中使用的摊铺机与压路机进行厘米级定位来实现精确摊铺。研究结果表明:沥青路面中间区域压实度偏低主要是由于两台摊铺机的接缝、碾压遍数与碾压温度偏低导致;沥青路面边缘区域压实度偏低主要是由于压实遍数与碾压温度较低导致,沥青路面智能碾压管控系统结果与传统的压实度、渗水检测结果具有较好的相关性。 The current construction of asphalt pavement in Jiangsu highly depends on information technology.This paper discussed the advantages of the real-time control of the pavement rolling by taking a real case in the construction of Dafeng-Yancheng highway.The realization of the acquisition and transmission of data was based the RTK positioning technology with cm accuracy,and this technology was applied in the paver and roller positioning.The data acquired by this technology show that the middle area with the low degree of compaction is mainly caused by the seams between two sets of paver,the low rolling temperature and the number of compaction times,and the edge area with the low degree of compaction is generally caused by low temperature of compaction and compaction times.A good correlation between the results of intelligent rolling control system with the traditional compaction degree and permeability test results was found in this paper.
