摘要
杭州市钱江隧道里程长、地质条件复杂,在实际运营期,隧道可能会因为复杂恶劣的使用环境、荷载作用、设计水平、施工质量等因素而发生损伤,引起安全事故。现针对钱江隧道设计了一个全面的结构健康监测系统,分别针对结构混凝土应变、钢筋应力、螺栓拉力、接缝位移、土压力、水压力等主要参数布置了监测方案,并结合隧道结构施工特点设定了一整套高效的施工组织流程,后期专门研发配备了集采集、显示及综合诊断于一体的软件系统,该系统为保障隧道结构后期安全运营发挥着重要的作用。
The Qianjiang tunnel has long mileage and complicated geological conditions,during actual operation,because of the complicated environment,load action,design level,construction quality and so on,it is easy to lead to tunnel diseases and safety accident.A comprehensive tunnel health monitoring system is designed with monitoring sensor for strain of concrete,steel bar stress,bolt force,joint displacement,earth pressure and water pressure according to the characteristics of tunnel construction.An efficient construction process was set up.The software system of collection,display and integrated diagnosis was developed.It has important significance forthe security of tunnel normal operation.
