摘要
重点介绍了上海汽轮机厂(上汽厂)"华龙一号"核电汽轮机在低压缸支撑方式、焊接转子、末级长叶片等方面的创新设计特点,以及大部件的结构优化和国产化设计情况,旨在探讨如何提高汽轮机的安全性、先进性和经济性,为"华龙一号"核电汽轮机的自主化设计创新和发展起到推动作用,同时也为AP1000、EPR、CAP1400、CAP1700等百万等级更大功率的核电汽轮机设计提供借鉴。
With respect to design aspects for support type of LP casing, LP welded rotor and last stage blades as well as the design localization for structure optimization of large components, the innovative features of HPR1000 nuclear steam turbine developed by Shanghai Turbine Plant(STP) are presented. The aim of this research is to improve ,safety, advancement and economy of units, and develop the independent design and innovation of HPR1000 nuclear steam turbine. The results can provide reference for design of 1000MW class nuclear steam turbine in AP1000, EPR, CAP1400 and CAP1700.
