摘要
目前的三叉三销调节级叶片的数值计算分析方法主要针对标准的三销钉叶片结构,而对于非对称结构则难以模拟考核。针对此类特殊非对称结构调节级叶片,运用有限元方法从线弹性分析、高温蠕变计算、振动考核等方面研究了调节级叶片强度振动分析方法及考核准则,对调节级叶片强度振动考核具有重要的参考意义。
At present, the numerical calculation method is mainly applied to the triple-pin control stage blade With standard structure, however, it is not fit for simulating and assessing the asymmetric structure. So, regarding linear elastic analysis, high temperature creep calculation and vibration, finite element method (FEM) is utilized in the strength and vibration analysis and criterion in special asymmetric control stage blade. The result can provide reference for strength and vibration assessment of control stage blade.
