摘要
燃烧室的燃烧动态直接影响燃气轮机的运行效率。从燃烧室的嗡鸣信号和加速度信号入手,通过Blackman窗函数对信号加权平均,利用快速傅里叶变换分析信号,得到信号的频谱图,利用信号在不同频段的幅值来实现燃烧动态监测。通过与商业软件的对比说明了燃烧动态监测方法的正确性,该方法可以为研究燃烧不稳定性的监测方法提供参考。
The combustion dynamic of combustion chamber has direct influence on the operation efficiency of gas turbine. By using the Blackman window function, the average weighting of humming signal and acceleration signal was conducted, and their spectrogram was obtained adopting fast Fourier transform. The monitoring of combustion dynamic could be realized through the signal amplitude in different frequency bands. Compared with the commercial software, the correctness of this combustion dynamic monitoring algorithm was proved. The result can provide reference for the monitoring method research of combustion instability.
