摘要 介绍了630~650℃超超临界汽轮机高温转子锻件的研发难点。通过论述合金元素对9%~12%Cr铁素体耐热钢性能的影响,分析了超级铁素体耐热钢转子锻件研发存在的难点,如Ⅳ型裂纹失效、抗氧化性、N/B比例和组织稳定性问题等。分析表明,只有解决这些难点问题,才能保证转子在630~650℃下长期稳定运行。 The research and development (R&D) of high temperature rotor forgings for USC steam turbines at 630-650℃ is introduced. By describing the effect of alloying elements on the performance of 9%-12% ferritic heat-resistant steel, the analysis on ongoiflg research and development is then carried out regarding the following issues such as type IV cracking failure, oxidization resistance, N/B ratio and structure stability. The results show that only if these issues are solved, the long term operation stability of rotor at 630-650℃ can be guaranteed.
