摘要
为了解决汽轮机斜面型胀差测量的误差问题,在分析现场的测试数据并总结比较多种方案后,以不改变原系统为前提,在原测量系统组态软件中修改传感器灵敏度参数,补偿了斜面探头安装支架平行度造成的测量误差,解决了原系统存在的低压缸胀差测量误差大、保护不可靠的问题,为今后电厂解决同类问题提供了技术支持及解决方案。
To solve the error problem in the turbine ramp differential expansion measurement system, the field test data was analyzed and several schemes were compared. With the unchanged original system, the parameter of transducer sensitivity was then revised based on the original system configuration software to remove the error caused by parallel misalignment of ramp probe support, solving the problems related to differential expansion error of LP casing in the original system that played no protection role actually. This research can provide technical support for solution of similar problems in power plants.
