摘要
顶轴油系统运行情况对保障汽轮发电机组的安全运行至关重要,充分掌握顶轴油系统的特点,有助于顶轴油系统调试工作的顺利完成,进而保证顶轴油系统可靠、稳定运行。介绍了AP1000核电汽轮发电机组顶轴油系统,重点陈述了顶轴油系统的调试及调试过程中的经验反馈情况,并对后续机组调试提出了优化建议和注意事项,为同类机组顶轴油系统调试提供参考。
As the operation condition of jacking oil system is crucial to the operation safety of generator units, to understand the characteristics of jacking oil system comprehensively will benefit its commissioning process and guarantee the operation reliability and stability of the system. The jacking oil system of AP1000 nuclear power turbine-generator unit is presented with emphasis on its commissioning and experience feedback during the process. Then optimization suggestions and precautions are proposed, providing reference for the commissioning of jacking oil system of similar units.
