法治公安建设是依法治国须臾不可分离的一部分。它不仅是我们全面深化公安改革的必然要求,也是维系和谐警民关系的现实需要。但是在现行体制及实践中仍存在着许多"拦路虎",而公安宪法法律意识淡薄、执法培训机制落后、任职资格挂钩机制不合理是较为明显的障碍。因此,要以强化公安宪法法律意识,实行法律要求与实战应用相结合的执法培训机制,推行执法资格考试结果与任职资格挂钩机制为路径选择来推进法治公安建设。
