Serving National Strategy by Broadening Research View of Ethnic and Overseas Chinese:An Overview on the 1^(st) Lishui International Forum on International Migration and Overeseas Chinese

第一届国际移民与海外华人丽水论坛收到的46篇论文以"浙江华侨华人与‘一带一路’战略"、"华文教育与中华文化传播"和"侨乡文化"三大主题为主,约占论文篇数的50%,其他论文则分别从社会学、经济学、政治学、文学、法学和宗教学等多学科、多视角研究华侨华人。周峰的《实施"一带一路"战略青田华侨的独特作用与机遇》公布的青田华侨的数据极为详尽;曾少聪的《浙江华侨华人与海洋发展》是浙江省侨乡文化方面的重要文章;严晓鹏和郑婷的《多元文化背景下的孔子学院全球化发展》则从国家软实力视角考察中华文化传播,视野宏大。

The 1^st Lishui International Forum on Migration and Overseas Chinese received 46 papers, half of which concern three topics such as Overseas Chinese from Zhejiang and The Belt and Road Initiative, Chinese Education and Promotion of Chinese Culture Abroad, and the Culture of Homeland of Overseas Chinese. Other papers study overseas Chinese from multidisciplinary perspectives such as sociology, economics, politics, literature, legal science and religious studies. Zhou Feng releases elaborate data of overseas Chinese from Qingtian County in his paper. Overseas Chinese from Zhejiang and Maritime Development by Zeng Shaocong is an important paper about the culture of homeland of overseas Chinese in Zhejiang. Development of Confucius Institute around the World from Multiculture Perspective by Yan Xiaopeng and Zheng Ting focus on the Chinese culture promotion from the perspective of nation＇ s soft power.
