摘要
饮食与文化历来是中国文人表现的对象,汪曾祺被誉为"中国最后一个纯粹的文人",他的美食散文简洁明快,却又雅致有趣,是他对文学及生活的感悟,同时也蕴藏着传统文化的精神和不同的地域特色,具有一定的文化价值。
Diet and culture has always been the object of the Chinese literati performance. Wang Zengqi is known as "China's last pure scholar", his delicacies prose is concise and lively, yet elegant and interesting. His delicacies are his comprehension of literature and life, also contains the spirit of traditional culture and different regional characteristics, and has a certain cultural value.
