文章提出借助"思维导图"和"预制语块",提高外宣翻译中的词汇、句法、篇章和文体的功能对等建议。基于功能对等理论,通过"思维导图"对原文语义系统的提取和译文语义系统的建构,以及"预制语块"的预制效应,可以提高外宣翻译的翻译效率和翻译质量,为外宣翻译提供辅助性思维工具。

Translation for Chinese oversea communication contains special purposes and functions. Eugene Nida＇s Functional Equivalence Theory, as a main research direction, is extremely significant to translation for Chinese oversea communication. The paper applies mind map and prefabricated chunks to improve Chinese-to-English publicity translation from the perspective of vocabulary, syntax, discourse and style. Using mind map to extract the semantic system of original texts and rebuild a new one in target language would be and applying the prefabricated chunks to improve the translation quality and efficiency, which a valuable reference for publicity translation.
