摘要
馆员数据素养是提升图书馆服务质量和加快推进图书馆在大数据时代服务转型的核心要素。文章采用问卷调查和统计分析法,对贵州省18所高校图书馆部分馆员的数据素养现状进行调查。通过调查发现该省高校馆员在数据伦理方面整体表现比较满意,数据意识和数据技能方面相对比较欠缺。并提议采用多元化的培训模式、积极的工作实践、创新人才管理机制等方式提升馆员的数据素养。
Librarian data literacy is a key factor in improving the service quality and accelerating the transformation of library in the era of big data. This paper mainly takes the questionnaire survey and sta- tistical analysis to investigate the current situation of the data literacy of some librarians in 18 universities in Guizhou province. Through the investigation, we can see that most of the librarians are very good in the aspect of data ethics, but they are relatively deficient in data consciousness and data skills. The paper pro- poses to take the different training modes, positive work practice, innovation management mechanisms to promote the librarian data literacy.
