核心价值观视阈下高职院校推进法治理想教育的逻辑成因与实施路径

Logic Origin and Implementing Path of Law Ideal Education in Higher Vocational Colleges under the Perspective of the Core Values

党的十八大将法治纳入社会主义核心价值观,这是新时期高职院校法治教育面临的新常态。高职院校必须适应这种新变化,积极加以调整和变革,推动高职院校法治教育从以往的重法律知识传播向重法治理想塑造转变,以实现高校法治教育新的突破。

The rule of law was incorporated into the socialist core values in the Eighteenth Congress of the Com- munist Party of China. This is the new normality which law education is facing in the new period. The higher vocational colleges must adapt to the new change, actively adjust ways and make reforms, promoting the transfor- mation from conveying legal knowledge to shaping law ideal and realizing the new breakthrough of law education in higher vocational colleges.
