创业型高职院校兼具"职业性"和"创业性",以产教融合培养区域创业型高技能人才为着力点,通过组织变革不断追求自我革新。建设创业型高职院校不仅响应了"双创"时代对高职院校的问责和要求,也是其寻求变革、实现自身可持续发展的一大选择。建设创业型高职院校是一项系统工程,需要在办学理念创新的基础上,实现发展模式的创新。从树立开拓性办学思想、培养区域创业型人才、引入企业化运作机制和打造创业性校园文化四大路径推动创业型高职院校建设。

Entrepreneurial higher vocational colleges share both ＂professiona＂ and ＂entrepreneurial＂ quality, and it focuses on cultivating regional entrepreneurial high-skilled talents with the integration of production and education. It pursues self-innovation through organizational change. The construction of entrepreneurial higher vocational colleges is a systematic project which meets the requirement and demands posed by the ＂double innovation＂ era for higher vocational colleges, and is also great choice for them to seek change and realize their own sustainable development. The paper puts forward four ways to promote the construction of entrepreneurial higher vocational colleges. They are the establishment of pioneering school, cultivating regional entrepreneurial talents, introduction of the enterprise operation mechanism and the building of the entrepreneurial campus culture.
