摘要
教学是高校人才培养工作的必然中心。然而,目前科教分离的尴尬局面,使得高校优质丰富的科学研究资源始终无法转化成教学资源,更无法体现出高等教育的综合实力和国际竞争力。基于此,依托国内外科教融合理论,在分析高校科教融合趋势的基础上,就如何鼓励教师将科研与教学进行充分融合,提高教学教育质量等诸多方面,从科教融合的实践路径上提出了相关建议。
Teaching is the center of the talent training and cultivation in universities and colleges, however the research and teaching are not integrated and remain in a separation state, which leads to the failure to transform research outcomes into teaching resources. On view of this, the paper studies the integration theory both at home and abroad and analyses the current situation of integration between teaching and research in universities and col- leges, on the basis of which suggestions are proposed to encourage teachers to integrate research and teaching to uplift the quality of teaching in the practice of integrating teaching and research.
