摘要
运动技能习得主要靠学生多练,所以课堂教学教师要少讲,为学生多留练习时间。可以灵活运用"把握讲解时机、提炼讲解语言、讲解手段多样与变换讲解主体"等四种"精讲多练"的教学策略,更好地做好体育教学工作。
The acquisition of exercise skill mainly depends on the practice, so the teacher needs to allow the time to the students with as little speech as possible. There are four strategies to better the PE teaching. They are timing in lecture, refined interpretation, varied interpretation methods and shift of interpreting body.
