摘要
以某军事工程大学自动化办公系统部署为案例研究对象,分析不同类型信息系统可用性问题对用户情绪的影响过程及机理。研究发现,不同类型信息系统可用性问题会诱发不同类别的用户负性情绪,且存在着差异化的学习效应;负性情绪是在用户对信息系统操作绩效的认知和评价基础上诱发的,可用性问题类型不同的条件下,使用经验对用户操作绩效的改善是不一样的,进而导致了差异化的学习效应;信息系统可用性评估、优化实践中,应先区分信息系统可用性问题类型,进而针对性地采取不同的应对策略。
To investigate the effects and causes of usability problems in term of types on user emo- tions, this study takes the development and application of office systems in a military engineering uni- versity as a case. The results show that usability problems with different types of elicit user suggest negative emotions in different categories following with diverse learning effects. Negative emotions are induced on the basis of user's appraisal of performance. With the different types of usability prob- lems, the differences between improvements of performance brought by using experiences would lead to different learning effects. In usability engineering of information systems, identification of types of usability problems is the key step, and would support usability-related decisions.
