摘要
针对当前不同铜冶炼规模配套的5种制氧规格,介绍了当前深冷法制取富氧的3种工艺流程形式及其特点,运用Aspen Plus软件对该5种制氧规格空分装置的3种流程形式进行模拟计算,得出装置的制氧能耗,并对其能耗、投资、操作进行了对比分析,据此可供铜冶炼企业空分选型参考。
Based on five oxygen preparation capacities matching for various copper smelting capacities, this paper introduces the types and features of current three processes for oxygen-enriched preparation with cryogenic technolo- gy. Utilizing Aspen Plus soft for simulation calculation on the three process types of the five oxygen preparation ca- pacities, energy consumption of oxygen preparation is obtained, and the energy consumption, investment and oper- ation etc. are compared and analyzed. Thus, it can provide a reference to copper smelters for selection of air sepa- ration equipment.
