南京市普通高校大学生健康知识与理念现状分析

Analysis of the Status of Health Knowledge and Attitude among College Students in Nanjing City

目的了解南京市普通高校大学生健康知识与理念的知晓情况及其影响因素,为制定南京市大学生健康素养促进策略提供科学依据。方法对南京市普通高校的在校大学生采用方便抽样的方法,共抽取542名大学生进行健康素养问卷调查,回收问卷536份,回收率为98.89%。采用SPSS 20.0进行统计学描述与χ~2检验。结果(1)南京市普通高校大学生健康知识和理念的知晓率为39.37%;(2)男、女生对健康知识和理念的知晓率都偏低,两者的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);(3)父母亲的文化程度越高,其子女健康素养知识和理念的知晓率也越高。结论南京市普通高校大学生对健康基本知识和理念的知晓率偏低,应有针对性地制定健康教育和健康促进政策,以提高大学生的整体健康素养。

Objectives To investigate the awareness and the influencing factors of health knowledge and attitude among college students in Nanjing,and to provide scientific basis for developing strategies of improving health literacy.Methods Convenient sampling method was used to select 542 persons to carry out the health literacy survey.536 valid questionnaires were retrieved and the effective return rate was 98.89%.The SPSS 20.0statistic software was applied to analyze the data.Results The awareness rate of health knowledge and attitude among college students in Nanjing was 39.37%.The rates were low both in boys and girls,and there were no significant differences（P〉0.05）.The rate was higher as their parents＇ education level was higher.Conclusions The awareness rate of health knowledge and attitude was low among college students in Nanjing.Strategies of health education and health promotion should be made to improve the health literacy of the students.
