Survivin和Livin在子宫内膜癌的表达及临床意义

EXPRESSIONS OF SURVIVIN AND LIVIN IN ENDOMETRIAL CANCER AND THEIR CLINICAL SIGNIFICANCE

目的探讨Survivin和Livin在子宫内膜癌的表达及其临床意义。方法免疫组化法检测Survivin和Livin蛋白表达,分析其与子宫内膜癌临床病理特征之间的关系。结果 Survivin和Livin蛋白在子宫内膜癌的表达明显高于正常组织(P<0.05),蛋白表达与淋巴转移密切相关(P<0.05),与浸润深度、组织学分级及病理分期等无相关性(P>0.05)。结论 Survivin和Livin与子宫内膜癌的发生与转移密切相关,可作为肿瘤发展和预后评估的参考指标。

Objective To explore the expressions of survivin and livin protein in endometrial cancer tissues and their clinical significance.Methods Immunohistochemical method was used to detect the expressions of survivin and livin protein and to analyze the relationship between the expressions and pathological features of endometrial cancer.Results The expressions of survivin and livin protein in endometrial cancer tissues were significantly higher than those in normal tissues （P〈0.05）.The protein expressions were closely related to lymphatic metastasis（P〈0.05）.The protein expressions were not related to infiltration depth, histological grading and pathological staging（P〉0.05）.Conclusion Survivin and Livin were closely related to the occurrence and metastasis of endometrial cancer and can be used as reference indicators of tumor development and prognosis evaluation.
