复方消化酶联合埃索美拉唑治疗对胃食管反流病伴消化不良临床疗效及安全性分析

Study the Efficacy and Safety of Compound Digestive Enzyme Combined with Esomeprazole in the Treatment of Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease With Dyspepsia

目的探析复方消化酶联合埃索美拉唑治疗对胃食管反流病伴消化不良临床疗效及安全性。方法选取本院2013年12月至2016年4月接收的96例胃食管反流伴消化不良患者资料进行分析,按照不同的医治药物可分成两组,施行埃索美拉唑联合复方消化酶医治的48例患者设研究组,施行埃索美拉唑医治的48例患者设对照组,比较两组症状积分、药物副反应。结果医治前两组症状积分比较(P>0.05),医治后对照组症状积分与药物副反应率均比研究组高(P<0.05)。结论胃食管反流伴消化不良患者行埃索美拉唑联合复方消化酶医治可显著改善临床症状,降低药物副反应率。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of compound digestive enzyme combined with esomeprazole in the treatment of gastroesophageal reflux disease with indigestion.Methods The data of 96 patients with gastroesophageal reflux with dyspepsia received from December 2013 to April 2016 were selected.The patients were divided into two groups which according to different therapeutic drugs,each groups has 48 cases.The patients in the study group were treated with esomeprazole combined with a compound digestive enzyme,and the patients in the control group were treated with esomeprazole alone,then compared the symptom scores,drug side effects of the two groups.Results There was no significant difference between the two groups before treatment（P〉0.05）.After treatment,the symptom scores and drug side effects in the control group were higher than that in the study group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The patients of gastroesophageal reflux with dyspepsia given the esophagate combined with compound digestive enzymes could significantly improve clinical symptoms and reduce side effects of drugs.
