循证护理模式对改善肝癌介入治疗患者术后疼痛效果研究

Study on the Effect of Evidence-based Nursing Model in Improving the Postoperative Pain of Patients with Hepatocellular Carcinoma

目的分析循证护理模式在改善肝癌介入治疗患者术后疼痛的效果,为临床行介入治疗的肝癌患者临床护理提供参考。方法选择2012年1月至2016年1月在我院行介入治疗的64例肝癌患者作为研究对象,将其按照就诊顺序编号,采用数字随机表法随机分为对照组和观察组,每组32例。对照组采用肝癌介入术后常规护理程序和内容对患者进行术后护理,观察组患者在常规护理的基础上,增加循证护理模式改善患者术后疼痛,比较两组患者术后不同时间段的疼痛评分变化,分析循证护理模式在改善肝癌介入术患者术后疼痛的作用。结果实验组与对照组术后6h疼痛评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),术后1、3、9、14d疼痛评分两组比较,观察组均明显低于对照组,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组患者治疗依从性明显好于对照组,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论肝癌患者介入术后疼痛原因复杂,充分利用文献经验对患者实施疼痛专项护理,可有效缓解患者疼痛,提高患者术后治疗依从性,具有较高的临床价值。

Objective To analyze the effect of evidence-based nursing model in improving the postoperative pain of patients with hepatocellular carcinoma;To provide reference for clinical nursing of patients with hepatocellular carcinoma treated by interventional therapy.Methods Select 64 patients with hepatocellular carcinoma treated in our hospital from January 2012 to January 2016 as the research object.According to the order number,the numbers were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 32 cases in each group.The control group adopted routine tiger nursing procedure and content of interventional hepatoma on patients after surgery.On the basis of routine nursing,the observation group added evidence-based nursing mode to improve postoperative pain of patients.To compare the changes of pain score at different time periods after operation in the two groups;To analyze the effect of evidence-based nursing model in improving the postoperative pain of patients with hepatocellular carcinom.Results：There was no significant difference in pain scores after 6hours between the experimental group and the control group（P〉0.05）.To compare two groups of 1d,3d,9d,and 14 dpain scores after surgery,the observation group were significantly lower than the control group,there were significant differences between the groups（P〈0.05）.The treatment compliance of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusions The causes of postoperative pain in patients with hepatocellular carcinoma are complicated,Make full use of the experience of the literature on patients with special pain nursing,the pain of patients can be effectively alleviated and the treatment compliance of patients after surgery can be improved,which has high clinical value.
