国有林区职工家庭参与林下经济产业发展的意愿及其影响因素研究

Willingness of households of state-owned forest farms to participate in the development of the under-forestry economy industry and its influence factors

林下经济产业发展是促进职工家庭增收,促进国有林区经济转型发展的有效途径。利用内蒙古国有林区548份职工家庭的调研数据,采用二元分类Logistic模型经验分析了职工家庭参与林下经济产业发展的意愿及其影响因素。结果表明:85.21%的职工家庭愿意参与林下经济产业发展,职工家庭对于经济利益的诉求是其参与林下经济产业发展的最关键的因素,在此基础上提出应该采取释放林下作物经营权为中心的林业改革及加大政策和资金的支持力度等措施,促进职工家庭参与林下经济产业发展。

Under- forest economy industry development is favorable to promote the households income and also the effective way to promote the development of the economic transformation of state - owned forest farms. The survey data of 548 households of state - owned forest farm in Inner Mongolia were used to analyze the willingness of households of state - owned forest farms to participate in the development of the under - forestry economy in- dustry and its influence factors. Results show that the 85.21% of the households are willing to participate in the under- forest economy industry development. Economic benefits is the most critical factor for the households to participate in the under- forestry economy. Based on this, advances should be taken to release the under- for- estry plants management as the center of the forestry reform; policy and financial support should be strengthened to promote the development of worker family to participate in the forests of economy, trade and industry.
