摘要
通过计算汾河流域在不同保证率下的生态基流需要量并对流域上中下游分区的水量平衡进行分析,建立一个基于生态基流目标控制的汾河流域水资源生态修复补偿方式。研究显示:汾河流域的生态基流无法得到满足,特别是在极端气候发生时,需要补偿的水量巨大,并据此建议了补偿水量的来源,计算了相应的工程费用和运行费用。
A new method for ec - compensation of water resources based on ecological base flow is proposed. The ecological basic flows of the Fenhe River basin in different guarantee rate were calculated as well as subregional water balance. Research shows that the ecological base flow of Fenhe River cannot be met especially in the ex- treme climate. So a large amount of water needs to be recharged. The source of the compensation water and the project cost t are proposed.
