摘要
以山西省80家A级景区为样本,运用单因素方差模型分析了接待量、经营多样性、景区级别、景区面积4要素对景区就业规模的影响,并构建回归模型,估算A级景区就业基准规模。结果表明:(1)随着接待量、经营多样性、景区级别等因素水平的提高,景区就业规模差异性增大,说明4要素对景区就业规模影响显著;(2)游客接待量对景区就业规模的影响最大,每增加1个百分点,景区就业增加0.418个百分点;景区面积影响最小,每增加1个百分点,就业规模增加0.058个百分点;(3)误差检验结果发现,随着景区级别的升高,就业规模趋于合理,估算模型的相对误差趋于减小。
Tourist attraction employment was mainly influenced by tourist quantity, business diversity, scenic level and scenic area. Taking 80 A - level scenic spots in Shanxi Province as sample, we analyzed the influence of four factors on the scenic spot employment scale by using the one - way analysis of variance model. And on this basis we built the theoretical model to estimate a- level scenic spot employment base scale. The results are as follows: With the improvement of level of various factors, tourist attraction employment scale differences in- creased. It showed that 4 factors had significant effect on the employment scale. Tourist quantity had the greatest influence on employment scale. Tourist quantity increased by 1% , the employment scale increased by 0.418%. Attractions area increased by 1%, employment scale increased by 0. 058% ; Error test results found that with the increase of level of the scenic spot, the employment settings tended to be more reasonable, the relative error of the estimate model tended to decrease.
