家庭病床干预对社区失能老人日常活动能力及幸福感的影响

Influence of family bed intervention on daily activities and well-being of disabled elderly in community

目的探究家庭病床对失能老人及照顾者主观幸福感的影响。方法选取2014年6月1日至2016年5月31日期间符合日常生活活动量表(ADL)相关标准的失能老人72例;失能老人采用家庭病床的方式进行护理,基于现有家庭医生服务团队按照现有家庭病床管理要求,对失能老人进行至少每周1次,连续6月的上门服务,提供健康教育、康复指导、心理疏导、诊疗护理等服务;观察干预前后病人的日常生活活动能力和失能老人及照顾者的主观幸福感数据。结果失能老人干预前后ADL的行走得分分别为(2.32±0.72)分、(1.72±0.77)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预前后的主观幸福感得分分别为(7.34±4.21)分、(13.68±3.47)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预前后照顾者主观幸福感得分分别为(17.34±4.23)分、(25.68±3.47)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论家庭病床能够在提升失能老人的日常活动能力同时增强失能老人及照顾者主观幸福感。

Objective To explore the influence of family bed intervention on the subjective well being of the elderly and caregivers. Methods Seventy-two disabled elderly according to activity of daily living scale （ADL） score from June 2014 to May 2016 were selected; All disabled elderly received family bed intervention at least once a week, door-to-door service for six consecutive months. The intervention included healthy education, rehabilitation guidance, psychological counseling, medical care and other services. Before and after the intervention, the activities of daily living and well being of the elderly and caregivers were recorded. Results The score of walking disability of the elderly before and after the intervention was 2. 32 ±0.72 and 1.72 ± 0. 77 respectively, with significant differences （P〈 0.05）. The score of subjective well-being of the elderly before and after the intervention was 7.34±4. 21 and 13.68±3.47 respectively, with significant difference （P〈0.05）. The score of subjective well-being of caregivers before and after the intervention was 17.34±4. 23 and 25.68±3.47 respectively, with significant difference （P〈0. 05 ）. Conclusions The family bed intervention can enhance the daily activities of the elderly and enhance the subjective well-being of the elderly and caregivers.
