医用多功能挂线器治疗肛周脓肿临床观察

Multifunction Medical Seton＇s Device in the Treatment of Perianal Abscess：Clinical Observation

为观察医用多功能挂线器治疗肛周脓肿的临床疗效，将60例肛周脓肿患者随机分为2组，每组各30例。治疗组采用医用多功能挂线器治疗，对照组采用传统切开挂线术治疗，观察比较2组疗效及患者住院时间、疼痛评分、愈合时间等指标。结果显示，2组疗效比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。治疗组在术后住院时间、疼痛评分、愈合时间方面优于对照组。结果表明，医用多功能挂线器治疗肛周脓肿可减少肛门周围组织的损伤，保护肛门括约肌功能，疗效可靠。

This study was to observe the clinical effect of multifunction medical seton＇s device in the treat ment of perianal abscess,randomly divided 60 cases of this disease into treatment group and control one,30 cases for each;the former＇s patients treated with this device,while for the latter＇s patients with routine incision ＆ thread-drawing procedure;then observed and compared both groups＂ effect, patient＇s hospitai stay, score rating on pain,healing time,etc. As results,in curative effect there was no statistical difference between the two groups（ P 〉0.05）,but in the rest three indexes the former was all superior to the latter.Results show that this device can reduce injury to perianal tissue, protect function of anal sphincter,and has reliable effect.
