肛瘘手术治疗基本术式的文献分析

Literature Analysis on the Basic Procedures for Fistula in Ano

为分析中文文献报道中肛瘘的手术治疗规律，2015年1月至2016年12月，统计分析中文期刊报道有关肛瘘的手术治疗文献，归纳各类术式的规律。共检索肛瘘临床治疗报道208篇，以手术治疗为主的临床报道190篇。手术名称47种，由7种基本术式组成，包括切开、切除、挂线、缝合、旷置、扩创和引流，合理的术式组合与肛瘘的分类密切相关。只要能够准确诊断肛瘘的分型，其治疗术式的选择也可迎刃而解。

This study was to analyze and search for the rules on surgical treatment of anal fistula according to Chinese literature.Authors statistically analyzed the relevant literature on surgical treatment of anal fistula from Jan. 2015 to Dec. 2016 ,summed up the rules on various procedures;totally retrieved 208 pieces of reports on clinical treatment of anal fistula, among which 190 pieces belong to clinical reports predominated by surgical treatment,including 47 kinds of operation names made of 7 kinds of basic procedures;i.e incision, resection, thread-drawing, suture, exclusion, epluchage and drainage ; rational procedure combination is closely related with classification of anal fistula,as long as make diagnosis of anal fistula typing accurate, the choice of procedure is just readily solved.
