常州青枫公园防灾避险适宜性分析研究

Analysis and Study on the Suitability of Emergency and Disaster-preventionin Changzhou Green Maple Park

指出了综合公园作为城市防灾避险绿地体系中的重要组成要素,在灾害发生过程中充当着中心防灾绿地的重要作用,其防灾避险适宜性分析不仅能提升完善其平灾转换能力,更是使其灾时功能最大效率化的重要前期工作。以常州市青枫公园为例,针对综合公园的特性,运用因子分析以及防灾避险适宜性评价分值计算方法对青枫公园进行了整体的防灾避险适宜性分析。以期能够对其灾时功能的最大效率化以及防灾功能提升完善提供借鉴。

As an important element of city emergency and disaster-prevention greenbelt system, comprehensive park plays an important role of center disaster-prevention greenbelt when disaster occurs. The analysis of its suitability can not only improve and complete the ability of ordinary-disaster switching, but also makes the system more effi- ciency when disaster comes. This paper took Changzhou Green Maple park as an example, by using methods of elements analysis and emergency and disaster-prevention value evaluation to analysis the whole suitability of Green Maple park with it＇ characteristics. This study aimed at providing reference for improving and completing the ability of disaster-prevention and making the system efficiency at emergency.
