摘要
指出了新常态下提升员工的酒店文化认同度对实现酒店管理的目标十分重要。从制度认同、管理认同、职业认同环节入手,提出了建设有特色的酒店文化、完善酒店培训制度、完善酒店的激励机制、注重发挥领导者的带头作用等策略,以提升酒店员工的文化认同,增强酒店的竞争力。
It is very important to improve the hotel cultural identity in the new normal to realize the goal of hotel management. This paper proposeda series of systems to improve the current situation, such as building a distinctive hotel culture, perfecting the hotel training system, improving the incentive mechanism of hotel, emphasizing the leadership role of the hotel, enhancing the cultural identity of hotel staff, improving the competitiveness of hotels and so on.
