Intellectual women are the important roles of contemporary society and play an irreplaceable role in various fields. These women receive higher education. They have good jobs and bear the enormous pressure of work. They work hard to achieve self-worth but also take responsibility for family. Intellectual women contribute more and more to society and spend much time on work. Conflicts between professional roles and family roles are becoming increasingly unavoidable. How to reconcile the role conflict of intellectual women is an urgent problem to be solved.
