床旁超声心动图在急诊心血管疾病中的应用价值

Application value of bedside-echocardiography in emergency cardiovascular diseases

目的:探讨急诊心血管疾病中床旁超声心动图诊断的价值。方法:选择我院急诊心血管疾病的患者100例作为研究对象,入院后均接受常规心电图与床旁超声心动图诊断,观察记录两种诊断方式诊断结果、检查反应时间、检查用时及诊断用时,并进行分析。结果:床旁超声心动图诊断符合率为89.00%,而常规电图诊断符合率仅为50.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);床旁超声心动图在检查反应时间、检查用时及诊断用时上均低于常规心电图,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:急诊心血管疾病诊断中采用床旁超声心动图诊断符合率高,缩短诊断时间。

Objective： To discuss the diagnostic value of beside-echocardiography in emergency cardiovascular diseases. Methods： 100 patients with emergency cardiovascular diseases in our hospital were selected as the subjects. They all received routine echocardiography and beside-echocardiography diagnosis after being admitted. The diagnostic results of the two diagnostic methods, reaction time of the examination,time used in the examination and in the diagnosis in patients were recorded and statistically analyzed. Results： The diagnostic accordance rate with beside-echocardiography was 89.00%,while only50.00% with routine echocardiography,which was of statistical significance（ P〈0.05）; reaction time of the examination,time used in the examination and time used in the diagnosis in patients with besideechocardiography were significantly shorter than those with routine echocardiography, which were of statistical differences（ P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Application of beside-echocardiography to emergency cardiovascular diseases shows a higher diagnostic accordance rate and can shorten the diagnostic time.
