宫腔尿管联合子宫环形捆绑治疗剖宫产术中产后出血

Intrauterine ureter with uterus ring binding in the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage in cesarean section

目的:探讨宫腔尿管联合子宫环形捆绑治疗剖宫产术中产后出血的疗效。方法:将我院收治的55例剖宫产术中产后出血患者分为两组,研究组28例给予双腔导尿管填塞宫腔联合子宫环形捆绑术治疗,对照组27例给予宫腔内填塞纱布联合子宫环形捆绑术治疗,比较两组的疗效。结果:研究组总有效率为96.43%,对照组为70.37%,研究组临床疗效优于对照组,其产后出血量、手术时间、止血时间、住院时间少于对照组,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:宫腔尿管联合子宫环形捆绑治疗剖宫产术中产后出血的疗效较佳,止血效果明显。

Objective： To investigate the effect of intrauterine ureter with uterus ring binding on the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage in cesarean section. Methods： 55 cases of postpartum hemorrhage patients in cesarean section in our hospital were divided into 2 groups. 28 cases in the treatment group received double-lumen catheter tamponade combined with uterus ring binding treatment,while the other 27 cases in the control group were treated with intrauterine tamponade gauze combined with uterine ring binding,then the curative effect of patients in both groups were compared. Results： The clinical efficacy of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group with a total effective rate of 96. 43% and70.37% respectively,and the postpartum blood loss,operative time,hemostatic time,length of hospital stay of the treatment group were less than those of the control group,which were of statistical differences（ P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Intrauterine ureter with uterus ring binding is effective in the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage in cesarean section with better hemostatic effect.
