下颌吸附性义齿的临床效果研究

Clinical effect of the mandibular suction-effective denture

目的:比较传统方法修复全口总义齿与运用吸附性机制制作的全口总义齿的临床差异性。方法:收集无牙颌患者60例,其中30例采用传统方法制作全口总义齿,另30例采用吸附性机制制作总义齿,比较两组的修复效果。结果:采用吸附性机制制作的总义齿基托伸展更合理,患者满意率高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:与传统总义齿相比,采用吸附性机制制作的总义齿更能增强义齿在功能运动时的固位和稳定。

Objective： To evaluate the clinical effects of conventional methods to repair complete denture and the complete denture made with suction-effective mechanism. Methods： 60 cases of edentulous patients were divided into 2 group,of which,30 patients adopted conventional method and another 30 patients adopted suction-effective mechanism to make complete denture,and clinical repair effects of both groups were compaired. Results： The extension of denture in mandibular suction-effective denture group was more reasonable and comfortable than that in the complete denture group with conventional method, and patients＇ satisfaction rate was higher,which were of statistical differences（ P〈0. 01）. Conclusion：Compared with the complete denture group with the tradition method, complete denture made with mandibular suction-effective mechanism is able to strengthen the retention and stability of the denture in functional movement.
