黄酮为一类天然植物多酚类化合物,黄酮类化合物抗肿瘤的机制主要有:诱导肿瘤细胞凋亡、抗氧化、干扰细胞信号转导、对肿瘤细胞侵袭迁移的影响、抑制肿瘤血管形成等。通过调控多种途径抑制肿瘤细胞,可为肿瘤的治疗提供新的靶点和新的手段。

Flavonoids is a kind of natural plant polyphenol compounds,which possesses the following antitumor mechanisms： induction of apoptosis of tumor cells,antioxidant,interference of cell signal transduction,inhibition of tumor cell migration and tumor angiogenesis,and the like. Through regulating the multipathways to inhibit tumor cells,it will provide new target and new means for the treatment of tumor.
