摘要
芦荟是多年生百合科肉质草本植物,芦荟多糖为其主要生物活性成分,具有多种药理作用。本研究分别从化学研究、药理活性和提取分离工艺等方面对研究芦荟多糖的文献资料进行综述,为开展芦荟多糖的临床研究做好前期准备工作。
Aloe is a perennial succulent herbal plant in liliaceae,and polysaccharide of aloe is the main component biological activity with vavious parmacological actions. This research has summarized documents in researching polysaccharide of aloe with many aspects of chemical researches,activity of pharmacology,technology of abstraction and separation. It will provide us preparation work in advance for further clinical research in polysaccharide of aloe.
