湖州地区市售甘蔗中3-硝基丙酸污染调查 被引量:1

Investigation of 3-nitropropionic acid pollution in sugarcane in Huzhou

摘要 目的了解湖州地区市售甘蔗中3-硝基丙酸(3-NPA)的污染状况,为保护消费者健康提供参考。方法采集2015年11月-12月和2016年3月-4月湖州地区市场销售的甘蔗样品,采用固相萃取-超高效液相色谱串联质谱法测定甘蔗中3-NPA,并进行统计学分析,比较不同时间段市售甘蔗中3-NPA的含量。结果湖州地区市售甘蔗中3-NPA检出总阳性率为29.63%。2015年11月-12月所采样品阳性率为9.86%,3-NPA含量为0.03μg/kg^23.60μg/kg。2016年3月-4月所采样品阳性率为51.56%,3-NPA含量为0.20μg/kg^29.92μg/kg。冬春季节湖州地区市售甘蔗中3-NPA含量比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论湖州春季市售甘蔗中3-NPA含量高,易引发霉变甘蔗中毒。 Objective To investigate the content of 3 - nitropropionic acid (3 - NPA ) in the sugarcane from the market of Huzhou, so as to provide reference for the protection of sugarcane consumers. Methods Sugar cane samples were collected from the local markets during November - December in 2015 and March - April in 2016. 3 - NPA in sugarcane was detected by solid- phase extraction- ultra performance liquid chromatography- tandem mass spectrometry( SPE -UPLC/MS) for statistical analysis. The contents of 3 - NPA in sugarcane at different time were compared. Results The total detection rate of 3 - NPA in sugarcane was 29.63%. The detection rate ofthe samples collected from November to December in 2015 was 9.86% , and the content of 3 - NPA was within 0.03 p^g/kg - 23.60 p^g/kg. The detection rate of the samples collected from March to April in 2016 was 51.56% , and the content of 3 - NPA was within 0.20 p,g/kg - 29.92 p,g/kg. There was statistical significance on the content difference of 3 - NPA in sugarcane between in winter and in spring( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion 3 - NPA content is high in the sugarcane collected in spring, and it was easy to lead to poisoning.
