达美康与二甲双胍对2型糖尿病临床治疗效果及生活质量的影响

Effect of gliclazide and metformin on type 2 diabetes mellitus and the effect on life quality

目的分析达美康与二甲双胍对2型糖尿病临床治疗效果及生活质量的影响。方法选取2014年7月至2016年7月70例2型糖尿病患者的临床资料,将其分为对照组和观察组,每组35例。前者予以二甲双胍治疗,后者在前者基础联用达美康治疗,观察比较两组血糖、血脂水平及生活质量情况。结果治疗后两组血糖、血脂水平均较治疗前下降,但对照组空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后2 h血糖(2 h PPG)、总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)、糖化血红蛋白(Hb A1c)指标均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组生理机能、社会功能、精神状态、物质生活评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论达美康结合二甲双胍治疗2型糖尿病可有效降低患者血糖、血脂水平,促进其生活质量提高,具有医疗推广价值。

Objective To analyze the effect of gliclazide and metformin on type 2 diabetes mellitus and the effect on life quality. Methods The clinical data of 70 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus from July 2014 to July 2016 were selected,and were divided into control group（ n = 35） and observation group（ n = 35）. The patients in the control group were treated with metformin,and the patients in the observation group were treated with metformin and gliclazide. The blood glucose,blood lipid and life quality between the two groups were compared. Results After treatment,the blood glucose and lipid levels in both groups reduced than those before treatment,and the indexes of FPG,PPG,TC,TG and HbA1c in the control group were lower than those in the control group（ P〈0. 05）; the scores of physiological function,social function,mental state and physical life in the observation group were higher than those in the control group（ P〈0. 05）.Conclusions In the treatment of type 2 diabetes,diamicron combined with metformin can effectively reduce the levels of blood glucose and blood lipid,and improve the life quality of the patients; therefore,it is with certain value to be popularized in medical application.
