后腹腔镜肾上腺部分切除术治疗库欣综合征肾上腺皮质腺瘤的临床研究

Clinical research of laparoscopic partial adrenalectomy surgery treatment for adrenal cortical adenoma of Cushing's syndrome

目的采用后腹腔镜肾上腺部分切除术治疗库欣综合征肾上腺皮质腺瘤,探讨其临床疗效与安全性。方法选择2014年1月至2015年11月60例库欣综合征肾上腺皮质腺瘤患者,随机分成研究组和对照组,每组30例。研究组患者实施后腹腔镜肾上腺部分切除术,对照组患者采取传统手术疗法,对两组的疗效与安全性进行分析比较。结果研究组术中出血量、住院天数及术后并发症均明显少于对照组,手术时间及住院费用均多于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论后腹腔镜肾上腺部分切除术治疗库欣综合征肾上腺皮质腺瘤临床疗效显著,具有安全性高、康复快、并发症少等优点,值得推广。

Objective To investgate the clinical effect and safety of laparoscopic partial adrenalectomy surgery treatment for adrenal cortical adenoma of Cushing ＇s syndrome. Methods Sixty cases of adrenal cortical adenoma of Cushing＇s syndrome patients from January 2014 to November 2015,were randomly divided into study group and control group,with 30 cases in each group. The study group was given laparoscopic partial adrenalectomy surgery,and the control group was given traditional surgical therapy. The efficacy and safety of the two groups were analyzed and compared.Results Blood loss,hospital stay and postoperative complications of the study group were significantly less than those of the control group,operation time and hospital costs were more than those of the control group,data comparison between the two groups was significantly different（ P〈0. 01）. Conclusions The clinical effect of laparoscopic partial adrenalectomy on Cushin＇s syndrome adrenal adenoma is significant. It has the advantages of safe,rapid recovery,fewer complications,so it is worthy of promoting.
