补阳还五汤联合针刺对脑卒中患者昏迷期的治疗效果

Efficacy of buyanghuanwu decoction and acupuncture on stroke patients in coma period

目的探讨补阳还五汤联合针刺治疗脑卒中患者昏迷期的临床疗效。方法选取2015年6月至2016年9月脑卒中患者120例,按照入院顺序随机分为两组,每组60例。对照组给予常规治疗,实验组在对照组基础上应用补阳还五汤联合针刺治疗。比较两组总有效率及改良日常生活质量(Barthcl)评分。结果实验组总有效率为95.0%(57/60),对照组为80.0%(48/60),实验组Barthcl评分优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论补阳还五汤联合针刺治疗脑卒中患者昏迷期的临床疗效显著,可提高生活质量。

Objective To investigate the efficacy of buyanghuanwu decoction and acupuncture on stroke patients in coma period. Methods From June 2015 to September 2016,120 patients with stroke were randomly divided into the two groups according to admission order,with 60 cases in each group. The control group was treated by conventional therapy,and the experiment group was treated with Buyanghuanwu decoction and acupuncture on the basis of the control group. The total effective rates and improved daily life quality（ Barthcl） scores were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the experimental group was 95. 0%（ 57/60）,which of the control group was 80. 0%（ 48/60）,the Barthcl score in the experiment group was higher than that in the control group,the differences were significant（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion The therapeutic effect of Buyanghuanwu decoction combined with acupuncture on coma period of stroke patients is remarkable,and it can improve the quality of life.
