不同治疗方式对子宫内膜息肉不孕患者的疗效比较

Efficacy comparison of different therapeutic methods on endometrial polyps in infertility patients

目的观察宫腔镜下刮宫术和子宫内膜息肉电切术对子宫内膜息肉不孕患者的疗效。方法选择74例子宫内膜息肉不孕患者,将其随机分为A、B两组,每组37例。A组行宫腔镜下子宫内膜息肉定点刮宫术,B组行宫腔镜下子宫内膜息肉电切术。对比两组患者术前及术后6个月、1年的月经量、复发率及妊娠率。结果两组术前月经量比较差异未见统计学意义(P>0.05);两组术后6个月、1年的月经量、复发率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组术后1年的妊娠率比较差异未见统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论宫腔镜下子宫内膜息肉电切术较刮宫术能更明显改善子宫内膜息肉不孕患者的月经量,降低其复发率,并提高其妊娠率。

Objective To compare the curative effects of hysteroscopic location curettage and hysteroscopic electroresection on endometrial polyps in infertility patients.Methods Seventy-four cases of endometrial polyps in infertility patients were randomly divided into two groups, with 37 cases in each group.Group A were treated by hysteroscopic location curettage, Group B were treated by hysteroscopic electroresection.Then the menstrual amount, recurrence and the rate of pregnancy were compared in preoperative and postoperative 6 months and one year between group A and group B.Results The preoperative in menstrual quantity had no difference between the two groups （P〉0.05）.The menstrual quantity and recurrence had significant differences between the two groups in postoperative 6 months and one year （P〈0.05）.The rate of pregnancy had no difference between the two groups postoperative one year（P〉0.05）.Conclusion Hysteroscopic electroresection has advantages of obviously improving the menstrual quantity, reducing the recurrence rate and improving the pregnancy rate of endometrial polyps patients in infertility than hysteroscopic location curettage.
