摘要
国家集成电路(无锡)设计中心钢结构连廊采用整体提升技术,提升高度超过80 m。连廊钢结构是本项目施工难点,由于高空拼装无法满足各方面需求,经专家论证,连廊施工采用整体提升技术。通过建立一体化模型,对提升过程中提升支架、提升拉索及连廊就位等相关技术问题进行了探讨和分析。对提升过程部分构件进行了实时监测,确保工程顺利施工。
National Integrated Circuit (Wuxi) Design Center Steel Corridor with overall lifting technology to enhance the height of more than 80 m. Corridor steel structure is difficult to build the project, due to high-altitude assembly can not meet all the needs of the experts, corridor construction using the overall upgrade technology. Through the establishment of an integrated model, the lilting of the process to enhance the stent, to enhance the cable and corridor in place and other related technical issues were discussed and analyzed. The lifting process part of the components were real-time monitoring to ensure the smooth construction of the project.
