摘要 泥浆换套由于管道的外面布满触变泥浆,这样就会造成管道垂直压力的降低,加之泥浆本身具有浮力,土层下部的正面压力也会随之减弱,泥浆在整个流动过程中保持潮湿,进而使管道顶部的阻力摩擦大幅减弱。为降低塌方现象,确保水土的稳固性,正确运用触变泥浆至关重要,可更好地保护管壁减少阻力,使顶管施工得大最大化的安全保障。 The source of mud change is due to pipe studded with slurry, this will result in reduced vertical pressure pipeline, and the slurry has the positive buoyancy, pressure lower layer will also be weakened in the flow process, the mud is kept moist, and the friction resistance at the top of the pipeline will be greatly reduced.Thus, in order to reduce the phenomenon of collapse, ensure the stability of the soil, the correct use of slurry is very important, because it can better protect the wall to reduce the resistance, the security construction of large pipe jacking maximization.
