摘要
EPC项目模式,即集设计、采购、施工于一体,承包了设计、采购、施工三个阶段于一体的工程总模式。随着我国"一带一路"政策方针的大力执行以及大力推广"走出去"发展战略,积极的筹划运行道路交通项目,港口项目,房建项目工业园区项目,铁路项目以及房建项目桥梁项目等多种项目,很多的EPC项目都在国外呈现出了欣欣向荣的发展状况。以兰州新区综合保税区第五标段(巡关道)项目为例,详细介绍EPC项目管理模式中"工可"设计、施工图设计以及责任期设计三个管理阶段。

In this paper, the Lanzhou new area integrated free trade zone fifth section （Xun Guandao） project as an example, introduced in detail the EPC project management model can design, construction drawing design and the responsibility of the design of the three stages of management.
