摘要
机械法制备纳米微纤化纤维素(NFC)技术成熟,但能耗高。随着预处理技术的发展,机械法生产能耗大大降低,同时NFC性能得到很大提升。该文主要介绍NFC制备的预处理技术的研究进展,重点介绍了机械预处理、化学预处理、生物酶预处理以及超临界CO2预处理方法。
Mechanical method is mature in producing nanofiberillated cellulose(NFC), but the energy consuming is high. With the development of pretreatment methods, theenergy consuming has decreased drastically and the performance of NFC has become well. This review mainly introduces the research advances of pretreatment technology in nanofiberillated cellulose production and emphasis on the mechanical pretreatments, chemical pretreatments, biological pretreatments and supercritical CO2 pretreatments.
