纳米胶乳的研发及在造纸行业中的应用

摘要 胶粘剂能够改善涂布纸张的物理性能和印刷性能,在造纸涂料体系的应用中占据着重要地位。九洲生物技术(苏州)有限公司通过对造纸涂料胶粘剂综合作用机理的深入研究,开发出新型纳米胶乳。通过对粒径、羰化度、玻璃化温度、相对分子质量大小等分析和优选,成功开发出相对分子质量均一、羰化度好、玻璃化温度适宜、纳米级粒径的胶乳产品。该胶乳产品性能稳定和使用性能较好。同时,通过模拟生产的实验室小试和生产大中试试验验证,该胶乳产品替代丁苯胶乳使用.其使用效果能够满足市场和客户要求,改善了产品质量,并得到了市场认可。 Synthetic binders can improve the physical properties and printability of the coated paper, and it plays an important role in the application of the coating system. By studying the comprehensive mechanism of the synthetic binders of paper coating, a new type of nano synthetic binder was developed by Nine Continent Company. Through the analysis and optimization of the particle size, carbonylation degree, glass transition temperature and relative molecular mass, the nano size latex products with relative molecular mass uniformity, good carbonylation degree and suitable glass transition temperature were successfully developed. The latex products had stable performance and good application performance. At the same time, the simulation results verified that the latex products can be used instead of SBR latex, and its effects can meet the market and customer requirements. It would improve the product quality and has been recognized by the market.
