摘要
研磨超细重质碳酸钙(GCC)时对分散剂的要求较高。该文主要介绍了在实验室条件下和工业化生产过程中,通过观察GCC泥浆的特性指标和流动状态来选择性价比更高的研磨分散剂。在实验室条件下,为研究GCC研磨专用分散剂的性能优劣,以325目GCC为原料,采用实验室篮式研磨机,考察九洲生物技术(苏州)有限公司研发的后段研磨分散剂B和进口后段研磨分散剂2种研磨分散剂对研磨效果的影响:同时研究了其产品作为高效分散剂在研磨生产上的应用。对比发现:后段研磨分散剂B将成品浆钙的粒径从94%(〈2μm的比例)提升到96%、成品浆钙的温度降低了6~7℃,并降低了成品浆钙的黏度;后段研磨分散剂B具有良好的分散效果.可完全代替国外进口产品在GCC研磨上的使用。
The property of uhrafine grinding calcium carbonate to a large extent depends on dispersant. This study investigatedhow toselect the dispersants by comparing the properties of GCC slurryunder the laboratory conditions and industrialization.Observing the phenomena during thegrinding process can help to select the appropriate dispersant. In order to study the performance of dispersant used in the wet grinding of GCC in the laboratory, the 325 mesh ground calcium carbonate(GCC) was ground in the laboratory basket mill to investigate the effect of two different rear dispersants(B and imported dispersant) on the grinding process. At the same time the effectsof two different rear dispersants used as a high-efficiency dispersant of GCC slurrywere investigated as well. After comparing with imported dispersant, the dispersant B which made in Nine Continent Company had an excellent dispersed effect on ultrafine grinding of calcium carbonate, it helped the content of GCC slurry whose particle size was smaller than 2 μmimprovedfrom 94% to 96%, the temperature of finished GCC slurry reduced 6~7 ℃ and the viscosity of finished GCC slurry reduced. It indicated that the dispersant B which made in Nine Continent Company had an excellent dispersed effect and could replace the imported product in grinding calcium carbonate slurry.
