随着造纸工业的迅速发展，宽幅与高速纸机的应用，制浆造纸过程中遇到的泡沫障碍问题也越来越突出。安徽銮威化工科技开发有限公司根据包装纸生产企业的实际情况专门研发了一款抄纸消泡剂XP-500F，并在实验室中模拟与现场起泡环境较为接近的介质对其检测分析与某公司纸机上实际使用。结果表明，抄纸消泡剂XP-500F具有较好的消泡性能和抑泡性能，并能适用于该公司这一纸机系统的使用。

And the detection and analysiswas went onin the laboratory whosemediawas simulatedthe site defoaming environment, the actual applicationon the paper machineina company was conducted as well. The results showed that the paper defoamer XP-500F had good defoaming and antifoaming properties, and could be used in the paper machine system.
